true meaning of Christmas

It’s been known as the most wonderful time of the year
and the meaning remains true for many of us who celebrate it…

But for a lot of people, life is never easy this time of year, and that’s something the majority of us all take for granted in life, which is a little sad but true.

Christmas is about more than just presents under a tree, it’s about being with the ones you love and cherishing each moment. And as well, celebrating the anniversary of Jesus’ birth.

I mean, I am not the most religious person on Earth BUT I do say a prayer on this day.

Why? Because it’s good to acknowledge past as well as present, and in the meanwhile, looking forward to a brighter future.

As of next week, 2017 will arrive, and another year of blessings and obstacles will be upon us. I think it’s important to always be optimistic but always be aware of your surroundings, conscious intuition and overall gut feeling.

For many, Christmas represents togetherness, especially the ones who are either homeless or those who have no family to be with at this time of year.

Not everyone has it easy, not everyone can afford a roof over their head, food on a table
but what they lack in life, they replace with compassion, togetherness and inner strength.

I hope one day, more people have the chance to experience life in better circumstances.

Merry Christmas, and have a wonderful New Year everyone. Let 2017 be the year!

Yours truly,

Mila.
