It’s Never Too Late For A Change

on

Having time for your blog is sometimes not possible, and for the most part, it’s completely understandable; You have a life to live, stuff to do, people to see, chores to tick off your list.

But at the end of the day, it’s still nice to know that you have your personal sanctuary on the worldwide web, whether it’s a public or private blog. I often find myself really caught up in life’s chaos, it’s not an ideal scenario to find yourself in. So, whenever I have time, my thoughts end up here. DAYDREAM MADNESS is basically my online journal, sometimes the stuff that I write is more of a rant than a blog post, but learning to open up is important to me. If you can’t be honest about how you feel, are you truly human?

I mean, stay true to yourself, and keep your feelings locked away if you insist, but personally, my heart is tired and exhausted from telling people the things they want to hear and that’s it. Even my poems are censored for the most part. I care a lot about what other people think, which I hope doesn’t last forever because I want to be free, I want to be me.

2017 has really opened my eyes. I honestly thank 2017 for giving me a new outlook on life. Let the next year be even greater. May it strengthen you, heal you, save you.

Going to write a resolutions post in the next few days and then hopefully post it on here shortly, so keep an eye out for that. Basically the same as I did for 2017, but a new and updated version. I promise that next year will be an active year, for the blog, my social media activity and a lot of wonderful things on a personal level…

And I thank the ones who do check my blog and the stuff that’s been written or ever published on here. It truly means the world to me. And I thank you for your patience. DAYDREAM MADNESS will, one day, be a lot more than just a personal space for thought, I sincerely hope so.

Well, stay tuned for more posts because I can never stay away for long…until next time!
