The Challenges Of Blogging Abroad

Travel and blogging does not go hand in hand, at least not for me.

I find it so difficult to remember when to write and how to keep up appearances whilst abroad.

I also dislike the lack of wifi too. Writing it all down on paper is another thing.

There’s a lot of documented thoughts I’ve written down but most of it will not be posted on this blog.

At some point, in the beginning of 2018, I’ll be starting a new blog, not entirely sure what it will be based upon or what subjects will take place in terms of blog posts but I will figure it out.

In case anyone wants to read a new poem on my secondary site, here’s a link below.

LAY YOUR HANDS BARE

I hope you all have a wonderful night!

  1. I went through this recently, and I didn’t even travel far. 😉
The missus and I went to Vegas (!) with 40 of our closest friends and family to renew our vows after 20 years, and I intended to blog our (mis)adventures while there.
    I did not.
Sand flowed through the hourglass at an ever quickening pace and someone or something always demanded my attention. Alas, the thought was a good one.
    I even had wi-fi.
Oh well, good share and good observation! I just stumbled upon ya, and will spend some time perusing for other nuggets of wisdom today. Keep dreamin’!

    1. Hope you had a great trip despite not being able to document much of it! Every trip I take, I always try my best to capture at least some of the scenery I see through the days and nights but every time, I either fall asleep early or I miss good photographic opportunities. And thank you! I appreciate the feedback!

      1. Oh, it was swell! Between me and all our guests we had about a thousand pictures to sift through for memories and, of course, the ceremony itself was spectacular. By the way, I’ve been playing catch-up today on your site (between customers) and I really enjoy your format and writing style! Keep up the good work!

      2. It sounds like it was a perfect day and a beautiful ceremony too. And thank you for the kind words, I do try and sound at least a tiny bit interesting! Haha.
