Almost two years on and I still find myself nervous about writing on this blog. You’d think that one would gain a little confidence but unfortunately, I have a lot of stuff to work on as of yet.
But, it’s not all bad, though. There’s plenty of good things happening too!
On a lighter note, it’s only 26 days left until my birthday so that’s definitely exciting for me. Still not exactly sure how to feel about the thought of turning 22 though, so weird.
The other thing I am very happy about this year is my current weight loss journey.
Since October 2016, I’ve lost about 11.1 kilograms, and since 2017 started, half of that weight has been lost in the past three months so hurray. Sticking to one’s resolutions is truly hard but once you find inspiration and motivation, you’re pretty much set, I think.
But always remember to take care of yourself. Health before anything.
The one thing I always seem to forget is that life is about more than counting carbs and caring about what everyone else thinks. It’s about finding balance within it all and enjoying life. Making the most of every moment is what counts. Perhaps I should take that advice to mind a lot more often. Well, that’s all I have to say for now. Take care, you.
